Yoga Practice

Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice. It includes a wide variety of body postures that can be practiced in a dynamic flow or more statically, going deeper into the individual elements.

 

Yoga can take many different forms and be practiced in a fast, physically challenging way, more gentle to support relaxation, or focusing on breath and meditation. Today, "Hatha Yoga", the physical practice is the famous and taught in many different variations (Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Bikram,...) all around the world.

 

Whether you want to heat up on a cold day and get your heart-beat up, or relax and stretch the muscles you worked hard all day on the slopes, Julia and Riwa will offer a class for every need. 

 

As the philosopher Allen Watts pointed out: some experiences can't be explained through words, they can only be felt. Come and explore - experience and feel.
