At registration (already existing, conducted by UNHCR) every individual is asked about their most important skills and          

                knowledge. People who are insecure or shy are helped and encouraged to share at least one thing they feel good at. Also, their

                mobile phone number, or the number of a household member, is recorded.

 

     

 

                The information collected at registration gets organized and shared with the NGOs & organizations providing local

                services. Human resources are identified and potential volunteer-groups are planned.

 

 

                Via targeted text message and/or voice dialer, all eligible inhabitants of the camp will be invited to participate with their  

                knowledge andexpertise. By creating and participating, displaced people regain ownership.
